With the mission in building up a dedicated and professional internal team of trainers to deliver the corporate training curriculum, Talent Academy was invited to design and develop a development journey for the Prudential internal trainers.

 

Apart from the 2-day Train-The-Trainer workshop to equip the trainers with the foundation training skills and knowledge, each trainer was assigned with a dedicated coach who will provide them with a 6-month individual coaching. The trainers were benchmarked and measured against a set of professional trainer criteria. Development actions were set up to build on the trainers’ strengths and close their development gaps. Thus, the motivation of applying the knowledge and skills was heightened.

 

Significant changes and improvement have been witnessed by the department head and learners, which in turn creates a better learning experiences for the targeted audience – insurance professionals.

 

With the success of the Train-The-Trainer Development Journey, we are invited to support a number of development programs for the agency leaders. The programs include “Leadership Development”, “Coaching”, “Presentation”, “EQ & Motivation”, “Psychology of Selling” etc.
