“Intelligence is the door to freedom and alert attention is the mother of intelligence.”
― Jon Kabat-Zinn
Supported by numerous studies in the past three decades, mindfulness is proven to be the foundation of emotional intelligence and leadership. People can benefit from practicing mindfulness in many ways: enhancing mood, improving concertation and memory, relieving stress, and reducing risks that are associated with physical and emotional health.
Katy Mok, our Expert Consultant in Mindfulness, combined essential mindfulness concepts with psychological skills to enable participants to deal with workplace challenges, making them more resilient while having a presence of mind. Mindfulness can help employees reduce stress and improve productivity. During the two-hour learning session, participants had the opportunities to do different mindfulness exercises, which are easy to practise in their daily life.
