"How you act (gravitas), how you speak (communication), and how you look (appearance) count for a lot in determining your leadership presence.” - Sylvia Ann Hewlett
As a management trainee, your ability to communicate with clarity, confidence and credibility is fundamental and essential when pursuing future success. When you talk to someone, your non-verbal cues also convey messages about who you are. The way you speak, act, and look will create not only an initial but a long-lasting impression of yourself in the minds of others.
Matchy Ma, our Principal Consultant, supported a group of 60 management trainees from a local large corporation in building up their leadership presence. The program has adopted a practical, interactive and action-oriented approach to accelerate the development of these young people, the future leaders of the company.
