Since 2015, we’ve had the privilege of partnering with the City University of Hong Kong to offer summer internships for psychology students. This year, we are particularly excited to welcome Chloe, a bright and enthusiastic psychology student, to our internship program.
What I’ve come to appreciate over the years is that internships are far more than just learning opportunities for the students—they’re also a chance for us to grow. We provide job shadowing experiences that allow students like Chloe to gain real-world insights, but in return, we get to see the world through their eyes. As part of Generation Z, Chloe and her peers bring fresh perspectives, shaped by their unique upbringing, values, and beliefs.
In today’s workplace, mutual understanding and respect between generations are more important than ever. Each generation contributes its own strengths, and it’s through these internships that we not only pass on knowledge but also learn to embrace new ways of thinking and working.
I’m grateful to continue this journey of intergenerational learning and collaboration. It’s truly inspiring to see how the exchange of ideas can foster growth on both sides.
Chloe, we wish you all the best as you head into your final year of studies. We are confident you’ll continue to shine and make a meaningful impact wherever you go.
Here is what Chloe shares in her farewell note:
"As my internship at Talent Academy wraps up, I just wanted to say a huge thanks for this opportunity. Working with the training team and on research projects has taught me so much about people management and consulting.
Your guidance really helped me grow, This experience has been amazing, and I’m glad to have been part of the team, even for a short time. Hope we can stay in touch, and I wish you all the best!"
