“See you next year!”
It was said in 2017. And now in 2018, our success in bringing tangible benefits to the two cooperating MNCs in insurance and banking industry has made our paths crossed again. We are so delighted to partner with them this year to deliver another training program – Champion Changes as ONE!
According to the change curve suggested by Elisabeth Kubler-Ross, people show four stages of reaction when they face changes. But what is the use of knowing this, given that adapting to changes has long been one of the most challenging tasks in the business world? Yes, because people don’t need theory, but Talent Academy.
In our fruitful half-day program, participants were first asked to review their life for the changes they have gone through. After that, they were allowed to unleash their creativity through artwork and some entertainments to express their expectation on changes. Most vitally, thought-provoking insights and experience from the turning points in their life were shared among them later in the event. We could see from their wholehearted sharing that the participants were very much engaged and enjoying the activity. At the end of the event, the participants were given a magnificent souvenir which symbolized “Change”.
If one exchanges an apple with another, each of them will still have one apple. But if one exchanges an idea with another, each of them will have two ideas now. Very well said by George Bernard Shaw. And on that day, all of them went home with 60 ideas, and we are convinced that some of them will surely be engraved in their minds and help them to cope with changes thereafter.
