Pinky LAM

 

Pinky has extensive experiences in providing trainings to diverse groups of participants from the Government, public and private sectors. She is highly commended for her lively presentation, practical knowledge, and applicable skills. One of Pinky’s missions is to incorporate her expertise in Psychology with NLP and other new techniques to enhance people’s self management and self actualization.

Pinky's specialties are NLP, MBTI, professional presence, communications, customer service and care, creativity, emotional and stress management, team building, and applied psychology.  

 

She has served various organizations including HSBC insurance, Mizuho Bank, Sun Life Insurance, MTR, Hong Kong Science and Technology Park, Hospital Authority, Housing Authority, Vocational Training Council, Education Bureau, Social Welfare Department and Labour Department of HKSAR Government.

 

She was awarded “The Outstanding Trainer” by Hong Kong Employment Development Service in 2013.

Her professional qualifications includes:

  • Bachelor of Social Science in Psychology, The Chinese University of Hong Kong

  • Certified Neuro-Semantics / NLP Trainer, International Society of Neuro-Semantics

  • Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming

  • Certified Instructor, National Guild of Hypnotists

  • Certified Hypnotherapist, National Guild of Hypnotists

  • Registered Hypnotherapist, American Board of Hypnosi

WHAT'S MORE

Besides working in social service agencies and private sectors, Pinky has served World Vision (an international relief and development organization) for ten years.

 

She has been to places including Mozambique, Swaziland, North Korea, tsunami affected areas in India, and earthquake-stricken Sichuan – she was deeply impressed by the diversity of life and the resilience of human being even in the worst situations.

 

In the belief that potentiality of human being is immense, Pinky now focuses herself in the area of bringing awareness to facilitate people’s growth, development and advancement.
