Fonnie WONG
Fonnie, a seasoned and passionate Executive Coach & Trainer, has over 15 years’ diverse ranges of HRM, L&D, OD and consultancy experience spanning across Asia Pacific offices. Her belief in personal branding with authentic communication and collaborations, has rooted her passion to drive new initiatives with clients for adapting to the ever-changing environment for seeking the peak performance.
Fonnie has designed and facilitated workshops focusing in coaching, communications, leadership, emotional intelligent and mindset training for the people managers. She worked with the clients included HSBC, Wing Hang Bank, BCT, etc.
She focuses at Organizational Development & Corporate/ Group Coaching with the Executives to develop professionally for the sake of driving performance and business growth. She worked with Maxim's Japanese Chain Restaurants District Managers for a 12-month development intervention.
With her HRM background, psychometric and assessment centre experience, she supports her clients to design corporate-wide OD initiatives including interviewing skills, assessment centre, executive development programs, etc.

As an experienced volunteer leader, she committed herself to serve community over 20 years in volunteers’ learning and development. She was the HK volunteer delegate to attend the World Volunteering Conference in the International Year of Volunteers.

As a life-long learner, she is keen on learning new things. She likes to read, observe and communicate with others, self reflect and apply to lives.
As a nature-lover, she likes hiking, swimming, boat trips and any activities in the nature.
As a performing art-lover, she likes singing, drama and painting. For singing, she was the contests’ awarder before and now only practices with friends in the karaoke.
