Edith is a professional corporate trainer, business consultant, psychological counselor and Gallup certified strength coach. With over 25-year experience in executive management positions, she brings learning journey in live and support individuals to preform at their best..
ACHIEVEMENTS
Edith has diverse management experience in retail industry; specializes in elevating individual and team performance, leadership and retail operation excellence.
In the past decade, Edith has developed and conducted numerous retail management and leadership programs for frontline staff, managers, and executives across Asia.
She is also a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach who has helped over 600 individuals in various sectors including retail, financial institutions, FMCG, NGOs, and universities. She has also coached employees, young professionals, and graduates to enhance their career development and personal growth
Before becoming a trainer and coach, she held senior management positions in several MNCs such as Marks and Spencer, adidas, The North Face, Vans, Lee, Calvin Klein Jeans, and Crocs.

She has a strong passion for empowering people to discover and maximize their potential, as well as building positive and productive work cultures. She leverages her strengths, coaching skills and industry insights to help clients identify their unique talents, develop them into strengths, and apply them to achieve their personal goals, professional achievements, team performance excellence.
She spends her leisure time, supporting the community as a volunteer counsellor, a coach for NGO practitioners and college students. And she is an advisor of the NGO JUST FEEL.
She enjoys skiing, scuba diving, hiking and traveling.
She is native in Cantonese, fluent in both English and Mandarin.
