Christopher has over 25 years of experience in providing total-solution consulting services to internal and external companies. He has experience in many sectors, especially as subject matter expertise in retail business, financial services and consulting focusing on leadership and management skills, customer service, selling techniques, supervisory skills learning and development solution.
He has consulted extensively with global and domestic companies including Modern Terminals Limited, Maersk, HK Baptist University, PUMA, AIA, DFI Retail Group, HSBC, DFS, Cartier, Giordano, PCCW, Housing Authority, Leisure & Cultural Services Department, HK Polytechnic University, Zung Fu automobiles etc.
In 2008, he won the Distinguished Trainer Award as one of the top 3 finalists which was organized by Hong Kong Management Association (HKMA).
At HSBC, as one of the Team Head of the Leadership and Management training team to support 20 Asia Pacific countries on leadership and management training delivery and team building workshops as well. He also partnered with Call Centre to provide strategic performance intervention to more than 800 call agents. In addition, he was one of the key team member to instill the excellent customer service culture in Giordano before.

In addition his team implements and supports ESG, DEI, CSR, EVP and all staff engagement activities for 2,000+ staff in Hong Kong and Macau.
